  1. Usage: SET MINIMUM_SERVERS <number of servers>
  2.   When connecting to a server, this variable is checked versus
  3.   the number of servers currently connected to the ircnet.  If
  4.   the number of servers is less than the setting of
  5.   MINIMUM_SERVERS, you will automatically be disconnected from
  6.   that server and IRCII will attempt to connect to the next
  7.   server in you server list (as though you had done SERVER +).
  8.   This is useful if the net is fragmented to keep you on a more
  9.   populated portion of the net.  This will be rechecked if you
  10.   issue a LUSERS.  This will only affect your primary server. 
  11.   Secondary servers are not checked vs this variable.
